Annotation in inventor

Can we do the annotation in inventor?
i.e. if we right something which is related to view and after some time we want to move the view that write test will also move along with view which not happened right now
(Annotation common we use is MDT 6).

Highlight the view either in the Browser or the graphics, and then press
Sketch. Add your text, and then use the return key. Now the text is
attached to the view.
