When importing V3.5 files it should add the suppressed constraint to each
sequence after suppression and then not add it after the constraint was
unsuppressed in 3.5. In the options dialog for V4 you can toggle options to
automatically carry forward driven constraints, suppressed constraints, and
modified occurrences.
