Angular Limit Constraint Out of Expected Value

I am trying to set up an angular limit constraint where I can rotate an object +/-200°. When I use the angular limit I can set up my max to 200 and min to -160 (total 360). When I do this I can rotate it a full 360° clock wise and counter clockwise. I know that there is an overlap range and I believe that is why I am able to rotate my plate 360° in both directions with the way that I am trying. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can constriction my object to rotate 200° clock wise and 200° counter clock wise?

Thanks in adavnce for your help.
