Alias Plugin for Inventor 2014, Fusion and Fusion 360 files open in Inventor?

Hello,

I am just starting out using Alias/Fusion and have a few questions I would appreciate some help with.

Has the Alias plugin for Inventor been discontinued in the 2014 release? Is Fusion/Fusion 360 essentially Inventor and Alias combined? Can Fusion 360 files be exported to open in Inventor 2014?

Thanks in advance for any help clearing this up.

Mike

1. I haven't seen that plug-in for several years.  You might look at Inventor 2015 as it as similar direct modeling tools.

2. Not really.

3. Yes.
