I tested the file transfer in 2010. It appears that Revit
Structure 2010 x64 does not support the adsk format.

The adsk file does not open in Revit MEP 2010 either. I
get the same error message as I did in Revit Structure 2010.

I do not have Revit installed to try it. I will
try to find an answer for you. Until then, I'm wondering if there is an import
option as that is the intention - import the assembly into a building model. I
don't think it is a straight open operation.

Sorry for the long delay. I found that
there is a defect logged (1202491) and the hotfix should be released soon.
Unfortunately, there is no work around. Sorry for the
inconvience.
