Hi there! I just wanted to let you know that development is aware of this issue and is looking at it.

Kind Regards,

I now have a new computer and now, I can not add the measure command to the quick access toolbar. The option to do so is greyed out.

Has there been a solution for this yet?

Not really the answer, but look at a 3D motion controller such as SpacePilot Pro or other 3dConnexion devices. You can map pretty much any command to buttons on the device.

Inventor 2020, In-Cad, Simulation Mechanical

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file

I just tested this in Inventor 2014 Service Pack 1. I was able to add the Document Settings to the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) and I was able to successfully invoke the command. The issue appears to be addressed in the latest versions.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,

Try adding undo check out to the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT). Doing so crashes Inventor on part close,  Inventor 2014 Service Pack 1 - Update 1 & 2

I too can add it. The problem arises when the .ipt is closed. Doing so will crash the Inventor session.

Hi,

I have this problem as well but with different commands.

When I ad "Check in", Check out" and "Undo Checkout" Inventor crashes when i switch to another component.

Inventor and Vault have the latest SP and hotfixes.

Any idea when this can be fixed?

best regards

Joakim
