Add- Ins Not Visible after Loading a part

Hi, I am hoping someone can help. We are currently using Inventor 2013, with a PDM intergrater. This has been working fine for 10+ months, now for no apparent reason the add is not visiable once you have opened/ created a part.. 

In the 'add in' sub menu the add- in is showing as loaded. We have tried re-installing inventor this does not work. Has anybody got any ideas?

Welcome to the forum.

When you look at your addins and you highlight a specific addin, Inventor shows you the DLL named and path that the addin is telling Inventor to use.

Please check and make sure that the DLL specified is in the location that it is supposed to be in.
