Acustic simulation of a loudspeaker

Hello Inventors,

is it possible to simulate a frequency response of a loudspeaker in Autodesk Inventor with the TSP of a driver and the differen properties of a box (vented, closed)?

I have not gone to that level, but you can do a modal analysis and that might give you the problem frequencies if you are looking for a flat response. That will depend highly on the accuracy of your material properties and geometry.

Hi,

Inventor Stress Analysis does not support Frequency Reponse. However, Autodesk Simulation Mechanical and Autodesk Nastran In-CAD (available in Inventor) support frequency and transient response analyses.
