3d Walk through

Hi,

I have created assemblies, put them all into one assemly and thus have created a room with equipment in.

I would like to be able to do a walk through so as to show the room as though i am standing in the middle of it or even walking through it.

Any ideas as how best to do that?

You can do "some" walkthroughs with just panning/zooming around (turn on perspective instead of orthographic)..

You can also do some predefined walkthroughs with studio/camera paths.

That is good news in a way,

I have tried that but i am struggling.

The course i did was for solid modeling & had nothing to do with the rendering accpetcs.

Know of any good tutorials?

Do you have access to ShowCase? It comes with the product design suites.

Have never used it before.

But i will go into it and see have a look at what i can learn.

If it's just for a quick walkthrough in an inventor iam, you might use the "walk" function of the navigation wheel.
(view tab > Full navigation wheel)

To achieve this, click on Design at the top left, then click on the render option and zoom in continuously until you are in the component. Personally I haven't seen a walk through option. Try this and thank me later.😁
