3D grips

I read this sentence in a 3D grips skill builder:

  1. Select the grip arrow for this feature, and then select the adjacent face. Right-click, and then select Done.
but when i release the left mouse button in order to choose the adjacent face-nothing happens

For the type of example you are using...

Note: It has to be a individual feature that could be moved to the face you select.

Click the grip arrow, release mouse, click the face (should move if it can), release, right-click and choose Done.

First, all part is in wire frame when i choose 3D grips, unlike in your picture.
Secondly, the face moves when i choose the arrow and drag, but when i release the arrow and click the face-nothing

Is this a part you created or a sample?

The reason I ask is because the method they are talking about is with two features. If the entire body is one feature (all wireframe in grip mode) you could click grips and drag, but you won't be able to move it to another face on that feature.
