What do you mean by thwe "Showcase" ? Are you talking about the slash screen? The intro screen that pops up just prior to the session opening up?
Did this just start happening?
What are your system specs?
Or if you like something that was said and it was helpful, Kudos
New install or has this been working before. I had a issue before with a older release of Showcase starting up on my laptop. The installation of the SP's fixed the issue.
O/S and system specs help as well. You could be trying to install Showcase 2012 on Win 8.1 🙂
