2012 select other menu doesn't pop up

We just installed 2012 and the new 'select other' pop-up window worked for about 2 days and just quit. Is it controlled by a setting I somewhere inadvertently changed?

I've got a case logged with Autodesk support for this exact issue. Will post their findings once I hear back from them.

Hi,

Can you send a screenshot of how your right click menu looks when you have selected a face or edge.

Also try changing disabling the new marking menu and use "classic context menu" as in attached screenshot.

Right click on ribbon -> Customize user commands -> Marking menu(tab) -> "use classic context menu"

I'm having the same problem.  I just installed Inventor 2012 with SP1 and my Select Other menu list also doesn't show up.  I made the change to classic context menu as you suggested but that didn't change anything with the select other function.  It is very difficult to use Inventor without a select other function.  Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
