I think I have found a bug . When I add a continuous (merged) frame member to the cutout in the attached sample part, the BOM gives the length for only the first member selected. If I remove the fillets it seems to work fine, so I think the fillets are the cause. Then again it might be my library. I'm using 2011 SP0. Would someone like to double check this.
