2010 Subscription Advantage Pack Warning

Setting Inventor 2010 Suite back up on a new computer.  I have SP1 installed and was downloading the Subscription Advantage Pack (which I had installed without issue on my old computer) in IE10 when I get this scary warning:

I've tried this twice with the same result.  Given that I can't find evidence of others having this same experience, I'm about ready to give up on this and just install the non Sub Avantage Service Packs to get up to date.  I really don't know why this wouldn't be signed by Autodesk to avoid this issue in the first place.

Its just phising/malware stuff built into IE..

Google can tell you how to turn it off to proceed.

I just chose Other .  It installed fine and I was able to then install up to SP4 without issue.

I suppose it's just too old a version for either company to be bothered with fixing the false positive.

I get that warning with almost anything I download from Autodesk using IE at work.  Not sure why ...
