Hey,
Once I have finished my model that I have made on Inventor Fusion for Mac, how do I then put it into an orthographic drawing?
Thanks.
This is something I would like to know as well. I would like to use this program for my Engineering Design class but the lack of this feature in Mac keeps me from using the program for my curriculum.
Inventor Fusion for Mac is a discontinued product.
Fusion 360 is the replacement. Vastly improved and more powerful. It's also free for students and educators, like all Autodesk products.
http://fusion360.autodesk.com/about
Fusion 360 has:
3D parametric modeling
3D direct modeling (much like what you have now in Inventor Fusion for Mac)
3D T-Spline surface modeling
2D drawings (only Windows OS in current production)
2-1/2 Axis CAM
And much more.
In a very soon to be released update, there will be drawing support for Mac OS.
We are also helping educational institutions directly with any special setup requirements. If you are interested please email me at phil dot eichmiller at autodesk dot com.
Thanks,
Unfortunately Fusion 360 is a trial version only, while Inventor Fusion was not...

Actually that is not correct.
* If you get Fusion 360 via the Mac Appstore there is a trial.
* If you go to http://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/overview you can get the version that allows you to work for free forever.
There are conditions: you must be a student, or make less than $100k annual revenue with it.
And since November when I posted last the 2D drawings have improved greatly.
We are really just getting started with Fusion 360. We update about every two months, adding features and quality fixes. So if you check it out, and you like it, let us know!
