Multiple Part Files in Inventor Fusion Mac

So I use Inventor at school; of course they use windows based products, but I have a MacBook. I downloaded Inventor off the Mac App Store. I noticed it's lacking in many ways eg. cannot create polygon, cannot loft, etc. Anyways, I was wondering if there was a way that I could have multiple part files open at the same time, like you can on PC. Because whenever I create a new part file it closes the one I was working on, regardless if I saved it or not. It is VERY annoying. So, is there a way that I can have multiple projects open at the same time, and be able to just click and work between my two projects? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Have you considered using Autodesk Fusion 360? It has polygon and loft and multi-document ability. It also runs on Mac.

Check it out! Fusion 360.
