Measuring from imported Autocad drawing...

This is probably simple, but I'm stuck.

I have an Autocad drawing of an electronic device, and I need to measure the hole locations, etc. so I can make a mating part. Inventor 2013 opened the file with no problem, and I can measure line lengths and diameters, but that's all. I need to measure edge-to-center-of-hole, hole-to-hole, and edge-to-edge, but I don't see how to set it to measure what I want.

It 'decides' how to measure each item. How do I tell it what I want to measure?

Thanks!

Hi,

To be clear, I need to know which program you are referring to.

Are you using Inventor Fusion 2013 or Inventor 2013?

Thanks,
