Inventor Fusion and Inventor LT API Programming

I have downloaded Inventor Fusion 2013 R1.
I have few queries:
1. I want to write a ipt file from a input sat file using it. Is it possible?

2. I was thingking for a Translator Addin to do this task but I am unable to find the SDk or API programming help for the same. I am not sure, if Inventor Fusion provides these type of enhancements.

3. Just as Inventor has a "Inventor.Application" ProgID from which CLSID can be hooked up, Is there a similar way for Inventor Fusion to run it in Silent mode.

Same steps I am trying with Inventor LT 2014. This does support "FileSaveAs" for ipt format but I want to hook this up programatically from my application (if Inventor LT is installed on a machine).

Kindly guide me for the same. In-case of any further ideas to hook this up, I would be glad to have them from you.
