Inventor Fusion 2013 R1 crashes when opening Inventor 2014 file

I want to prepare an assembly created in Autodesk Inventor Professional 2014 in Fusion 2013 R1.

But whenever I try to open the .iam file, fusion crashes.

 

Is there any way to fix this? Or is there an option in Inventor Professional 2014 to create Fluid volumes?

I have 2 brand new laptops & can't get Inventor to run on either even though they exceed the requirements...I give up
