File "in use or read only" error

Inventor Fusion 2013 locked up and I had to shut my computer down without closing the file I was working on. Now both the file I was working on and its .bak (when renamed) give me a "file is currently in use or is read-only" error. Neither is the case. Renaming the file or copying it does not fix the problem. What's the fix?

The file was recovered, but is missing some information. Please find it attached.

Can you describe what you were doing when Fusion locked up? If you can provide steps to reproduce it that would be very helpful!

Thanks,

Suppress "Component3:2" and you can see screw heads that interfere. I was trying various means (unsuccessfully) to try to move them so they would not interfere. Other than cursing Inventor Fusion and its programers vehemently, don't recall the specific unsuccessful means of moving a screw I was trying when it crashed.
