ads_command in ObjARX 2015

Is this a bug?  (Inventor Fusion 576.1.0)  I have an existing assembly with various components.  I want to add a new one, so I pick Create Sketch, pick the plane of the sketch.  Then, I add a rectangle, and press Enter after inputting the dimensions.  The rectangle disappears.  I can't select it, I can't see it, and it doesn't appear in the browser tree.

Is your sketch in browser invisible? Please check the bulb icon. 

Have you tried Fusion 360 - http://fusion360.autodesk.com/about? As mentioned on this forum we are not supporting Inventor Fusion but have come up with  a new cloud based, online product Fusion 360.
