Suppressed pattern not updating in level of detail

I have an assembly that im going to use as a template and using level of detail to suppress different patterns. The number of parts in each pattern may increase or decrease with each project. The problem im having is if the number of parts in any pattern increases any level of detail that has that pattern suppressed is not suppressing the new elements in the pattern. Basically suppressing doesnt seem to be updating the changes to the pattern.

Ive attached an example of the problem. In the first picture the pattern is suppressed with 2 elements. In the second picture i changed the number of elements in the pattern from 2 to 4.

Hi! LOD is a memory management tool allowing users to unload files from memory when they are not needed. As a result, any design change to suppressed components are not going to be updated until the files are loaded.

Many thanks!
