Inventor 2013 Part list problem

Any 1 have this idea? When i click the part list, it pop up a part list screen as per below. The wording, font face is weird to me. I do not know what language is on the title. I wish to get back to the original setting. I tried reinstalled the software, but still the problem occur.

The same file, my colleague work fine with it.

 

Please help.

In Tools -> Options -> Add-Ins unload ESKD Support.

I think, it's gone after that.
