I need a little guidance

We work with a lot of corrugated plastic, we model our different projects in the Inventor sheet metal environmet because we have to score or heat and bend the plastic to get the right shape, most of the time it's only 90 degree bends with a .0001 radius (because Inventor will not let us use 0). I have the flat pattern below and the red lines are where it the bends will be. My problem is this: When this piece is folded it has to be 61 1/4" (or somewhere in the ballpark to fit in the container) but whenI start off with the flat pattern and use the fold option I end up with it being 61 7/16". I tried using the Flange option and got close to the 61 1/4" mark but I couldn't figure out how to add the half circles that you see around the edges. If someone could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

Material thickness is 5mm

Thanks

well after playing around with the default KFactor and setting it to 1 I was able to get it close enough.
