How can I open JPEG file with AUTODESK INVENTOR 2020  Thank you.

You can't open a .jpg file directly but you can insert one into a sketch. I assume you want to do the latter. 

Creat a new sketch and click "Image"

Insert a JPEG into a part sketch? 

Into a drawing is more complicated - I think you need to make a sketch symbol and insert it there.
