Design Suite

I know Autodesk is pushing us all to Product Collection, but would there be any good reason to keep the Design Suite instead of the cheaper option to switch to Product Collection?

its a perpetual license so if you can't renew anymore you can still use the suite

you will have to see if any products in the collection will add any value in your workflow

Like Inventor HSM or Nastran In CAD

Ok so our situation is as follows:

We have 2 "Product Design & Manufactoring Collection 2019", and 1 "Product Design Suite Ultimate".

We are currently with 2 users, so we have 1 seat unused for the moment. It might be that there will be a temporary employee helping us out for a few months. So maybe it is a good idea to keep the Design Suite and not paying for it anymore (or pay for it to be extended as long as possible)?

All packages need to be extended before end of the month.

if the suite is still needed & you can afford to keep renewing then yes keep renewing until you think you will not need it anymore just keep in mind autodesk will not add any value to the suite anymore & will keep adding value to the collections like adding more products & services in the future
