Constraint to hidden lines

With the upgrade to Inventor 2016 I have noticed that when I try to add a sketch to an existing part (in this case a hole center), the hidden lines are highlited and the centre mark is constrained to the line which I do not want.  How do I turn this feature off.

You can turn the axes off in the application options. If that is what you are talking about.. I am not sure what you mean about your center point.

Your description isn't really clear but it sounds like some of your application options are different vs your previous version of Inventor..

tools..application options..sketch tab

Also in the future you can export your application options and import into a new version to avoid this type of confusion in the future..
