Cone roof structure

Hi, I am trying to model a coned roof structure. I already have the cone roof and I know my angles and everything like that, I have even modelled it in 2d Autocad. I want to know how I am able to either bring the skeleton model into inventor and keep it 3D or how to model the same thing in inventor?

P.S. plesae feel free to ask any clarifying questions.roof.PNG

@brayden_rosen

Can you Attach your *.dwg file here?

Can you Attach the *.ipt file of your Inventor attempt to model the geometry here?

What version of Inventor are you using?

Are you willing to start over from scratch?

@brayden_rosen

Before we get started on a more efficient technique - shouldn't this be at least 8 bodies rather than 1 body?

I am a novice when it comes to 3d modelling and design, I have the basics but not more of the advanced skills and further understanding. I Thought as this is one tank with different strakes I would be able to cut the individual strake thickness. If this is not the correct method or there is better/correct method I am definitely open to that.
