Work plane gets detached when using ilogic

I am finding that my work planes get detached whenever a change to the dimensions of a part is done.   However, I have constrained the work plane to the origin planes, so I am unable to figure out why this is happening?  Any ideas?

Could you provide a set of files that will allow us to recreate this behavior?
