Unable to install Inventor 2014 DeveloperTools

I am unable to install Inventor 2014 DeveloperTools.msi  

When it gets near the end of the installation I always get this error message:

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.  A script required for this install to complete could not be run.  Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

My environment:

- Win7 x64

- Inventor 2014 (SP1)

I have turned off UAC (suggested in a post I found via Google) which has not fixed the problem.

Did you re-start machine after you turned off the UAC? Sometimes you need to re-start machine after turnning UAC off to let it work well. Please let me if it works after re-starting machine.
