According to the VBA documentation that comes with Inventor, when adding
entities to a sketch NO constraints are implied other than the coincident
constraints used to tie endpoints together. However after creating a
rectangle with the "addbytwopoints" method, I was about add constraints to
it, when just for the heck of it I turned on "show all constraints" to
observe my results, and lo and behold the rectangle was fully constrained
(geometrically speaking) with parallel, perpendicular and vertical
constraints.
Is the documentaion wrong or is this just an "omission"?
Are there other sketching methods which add constraints?
