Redirection Stream Index

I am opening assembly file using API with OpenWithOptions method with option "SkipAllUnresolvedFiles" = True. I want to resolve references manually. The reason is that if I use OnFileResolutionEvent the Inventor crashes even if existing file returned from fileresolution. Is there any way how to:

1/ Start resolve references process after OpenWithOptions from api to use OnFileResolutionEvent

2/ How to manually obtain "RedirectionStreamIndex" - this parameter is in NameValueMap in OnFileResolutionEvent. I need this parameter to resolve renamed references from Vault
