What is the closest thing I can get out from Inventor 8 drawing in terms of text and dimension?
It doesn't seem that Inventor 8 provide Api call for dimension object. Is there any alternative other than export it into dxf or Autocad dwg file than used AutoCAD vba API too extract the dimension object?
It would be cool to be able to assign an ID to a dimension object and export the dimension text along with the unique ID assigned to a database such as Access....
