iLogic to change a view or components layer

I'm looking for iLogic rules and functions to help me change the layer of a component in a view.

Example: a pipe support has a Header pipe that needs to show as Hidden Lines. I can manually change that components layer. I'm looking to make its layer change automatically if a particular paramter is set to True.

Anyone got any ideas?

Hi Jason,

Something like this?

That looks pretty cool and may help, but it seems to be putting the objects on random layers. I want to specify which layer it goes on based on a property. I'll try this out and see if I can get something that works for that situation. Thanks!
