ilogic browser is closed after Inventor crash

So, there are some users here that, when Invnetor crashes, they lose their ilogic browser (not a big deal) and ilogic configurator paths go back to default (is a big deal). Anyone ever experienced this or heard of it. If so any solutions?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

I have not heard of this issue, but one thing you could try is back up the iLogic configuration file and restore it after a crash:

This user config you are talking about. What all does it contain? We have a lot of users, all of which could and probably do have differnt settings.

Thanks

You can simply open it up in e.g. notepad and see it for yourself 🙂

It should contain all the settings you see in the iLogic Configuration dialog in the UI.

I've had the browser get trashed after a crash, but never the actual iLogic paths.

So, nothing to add to the solution, but just more of a confirmation that not only you have experienced half of your problem 😉

If my solution worked or helped you out, please don't forget to hit the kudos button 🙂
