How to get dimensions of a Block

I wrote some code to insert a block with:

doc.ComponentDefinition.SketchBlockDefinitions("nk")

to insert block "nk". How can I get the Width and the Height of this block?

I solved the problem by inserting the block in a sketch and with Rangebox.maxpoint I get an idea about the dimensions of the piece.
