GAP TEXT DIMENTIONS

How are everybody?! I need adjust de gap text of the dimentions in a customized style, but I can't:

In Style and Standard Editor when I change value in the box C: gap the gap adjusted is only for internal diameter dimentions, nothing happen in the others dimentions, see below. Thanks for some help!
