Extrude Multiple Sketch Circles on sketch or Multiple Sketch Points on sketch

Someone Please help me.....

i have a Part Document "Sketch1" is already consumed. i now have "Sketch2" that has 6 1" Sketch Circles aligned on the X axis that was place there with code.

when i come to the part to Extrude and cut nothing seems to grab all "6" profiles to extrude at one time.

how is this achieved ?

my other option is instead of Sketch Circles locate "6" Sketch Points and then use the hole feature to generate the holes.

but once agian im at a road block. it will only put one hole in my part.

how is this achieved ?

any help would be great as i am not getting anywhere.
