Create Sketch vertical to a Face

Hello Community!

I want to sweep along a line on a cube surface.
The sweep shall look like a cylinder along the line that has his lower half in the cube.

Therefore i need a circle profil for the sweep.
The circle-sketch should be vertical on the cube surface and its position at the beginning of the line.
I dont know how to get a circle-sketch in this orientation and position.
I found a sketches-method called "addWithOrientation" but i couldn't figure out how to use it for my problem.
