convert a list of .idw to .pdf and change stamp in title block

Hello,

I'm trying to create a rule in iLogic(or Visual Basic) that does the following workflow.

1. User inputs a list of drawings either manually or copy and paste from vault

2. Hits a "Release for Construction" button.

3. From there the program opens each file in the list and changes the symbol in the title block from "For Reference" to "For Construction"

4. PDF's the drawing in a designated location

5. Closes the drawing and then moves to the next until completed.

I know how to swap out the stamps. I know how to get ilogic to pdf. I just don't know how to input a list of drawings and do those two things sequentially. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
