Can't install Inventor 2008

Why can't I install Inventor 2008 ?
I log on as administrator on local machine. not just user with admin rights,
but administrator.

I've installed normal IV installation, setup.exe, also tryed setup32.exe -
It's a 32 bit installation.

Frst: I've got "this installation er forbidden because of system policy.
Contact systemadministration. ´D:\support\office\lockbackRegKey.msi"

Second: I've got the fault "Createproductlist failed!"
and the installation stops.

I've use XP srvp. 2 everything updated, everything works fine with IV11.

I've uninstalled flashplayer
I've uninstalled MSXML version 4.
I've looked at GPEDIT.MSC and activatet under Windows installer "install
always with incresed rights"

I've copied the hole disk on my c-drive and edit the setup32.ini file so
that the installer not make control of MSXML. I've removed the MSXML int the
"PREREQUISITE=....." line under the [ACAD] section.

still nothing - Any god idea ??
