Button lost in CommandBar each restart (2010)

Does anyone remember Command Bars? In former times (Inventor 2010) User could define his own Command Bars.

I wrote an AddIn which defines a Command Bar containing one Button. Works fine. Now I define my own Command Bar, by Tools > Customize, and move the button from AddIn's Comman Bar to user-defined Command-Bar. Each time I restart Inventor the Button from user-defined Commandbar gets lost.

Is this an Inventor issue or is something wrong with my AddIn?

The button doesn't appear when entering the Activation Method:

Inventor doesn't know about the button because it is defined in the Activation Method. A timing Problem? What happend to the place holder?
