BOM uppdate on drawing

Having issues with my BOM not updating on my drawing after assembly has changed. Also I would like to make sure it stays sorted. I have a drawing templete the houses several views and an assembly that is changed via VB but when I open the drawing the views are updated but BOM is not. I have to do and edit and sort for the correct values to appear.

Thanks in advance.

OK maybe I haven't explained this very well. After I undate a assembly model I open the drawing and the BOM that I have on the drawing is not updated to the changeas that I have made only after I double pick the BOM and then close it does it reflect my changes is there a way to update iths thru the API

I hope someone can shed some light.
