Your product cannot be registered in United States - Mudbox 2011

I'm trying to take advantage of the student program you have available.

I generated a key and downloaded Mudbox 2011 but I receive the following error message:

"Your product cannot be registered in United States"

I've already downloaded and successfully installed Maya with a key generated from the student section so I'm not sure why Mudbox isn't working.

Hi, I'm still waiting for somebody to contact me regarding this issue. I'm now having the same error message with the Maya installation as well.

When I got the serial key I didn't see anywhere to specify country so I assume these would be US versions by default.

I really need help on this issue immediately.

Sorry to hear that you still have issues, it could be due to the volume of calls and the holidays you didn't get any reply.

I'm having the same issue with Maya 2011 for Mac (3 yr. student license).   I sent an email to registration tonight.    Have the other people had their problem solved yet?
