Xaml parse error 3ds max 2015

I am facing this problem ...

Erro parsing Xaml file: 'Initialization of 'WpFCustomControls,MaxRibbonControl' threw an exception. 'Line number '42239' and line position '3'

i tried the solution woth renaming the file but the error still exist..

please help me!

Welcome to the community...

What operating system are you trying to install this on?  If Win 10, I don't think the 3ds Max 2015 supports it.

Every time I run the program, this error occurs: Error parsing Xaml file: 'Initialization of 'WpFCustomControls,MaxRibbonControl' threw an exception. 'Line number '42239' and line position '3'

Then, when I press OK, the following window appears: The main Ribbon configuration file is possibly corrupt. Reset to factory defaults?

I press Yes.

After this program starts
What is this error? What should I do to fix this?
