I have been trying to get a seat of autocad up and running on a windows 7 64
bit workstation...
Unfortunately I have some custome routines that use adolisp to connect to
access databases and apparently microsoft does not have drivers that allow a
connection from 64 bit to an access database.
I tried installing the 32 bit autocad on windows 7 but it would not let me,
and I even tried changing the install program to xp compatibility mode. It
still would not allow the install.
Does anyone know how to use wow64 or is that the same as the XP virttual
machine mode?? (i.e. it is supposed to allow you to install 32 bit
applications)
Thanks!
