Window for "Extrude" disappeared

Autodesk Inventor 2013 Professional (for edu)

Last week I was working with double monitors and opened Inventor on them. Now I had to plug off the second one but one problem appeared: when I use the EXTRUDE option, the little window does not show up. This doesn't happen with other options. I think I might've moved this little window to the second screen, and while Win XP's dealing with double monitors is not very well, it got lost.

My question is that is there an option to return with all the configuration and windows places to original?
