where's my serial number and product key for sketchbook pro?

I bought a copy of sketchbook pro yesterday and only received an SKU number but no serial number or product key. When and where can i find these?

i just bought sketchbook pro 7 perpetual license on the 16th all i got was the serial number and not the product key order number is 23783

HI, I had to reinstall windows and can't find my original serial number or product key. I think my original installation came with my Wacom tablet but I'm not sure. Can anybody help? Thanks

You should have an Autodesk Account with this information in it.  Do you remember your Autodesk Credentials?

There's not much we the users can do about it since we don't have access to your Autodesk information.   On Monday you could contact an agent >>here<< and ask them to provide that information to you.
