Where is the browser download for 3ds max 2014?

I am trying to download/install 3ds max 2014 trial, but both the "Install Now" and the Download now" options give me a "Communication Failure" notice during install. I tried everything like disabling firewall etc. but no dice.

I am on Windows 8 64 bit is that makes a difference?

Please, disable your firewall and anti-virus programs and dwonload the software from our Virtual Agent, Matt (Click here and select the option Downloading and Installation -> Software Download Links -> I Need to Redownload my Product; then simply choose the program and version that you wish to download.)

This solution doesn't work for trial- is there a solution for installing the Trial version?
