What prerequisite is causing C3D 2014 image to reboot?

I am actually installing several progs from the IDSP suite, and the darn thing causes a reboot right after doing a couple things.

This is new to acad installation, I have never had install images do this, even in 2013.

I am curious about this issue.  Are you able to reboot your computer first than try the install.  I have not seen this behaviour before.

rebooting before the install has no effect.

would a post of my ini file for the image be useful?
